There has been little to no evolution in the performance review process. No one likes giving them, and no one likes receiving them. They are typically biased, time-consuming, noninclusive, reflective, create tension and anxiety, and do not improve performance. They suck! It's time to ditch the old process and begin using personalized performance technology that is positively impacting ROI! If the DMV can upgrade their processes ~ so can YOU! wink
