What's 1 reason annual performance reviews are terrible????? Because Employee Objectives are terrible... Why might the Objectives be terrible????? Because Managers don't have the time, the tools, or the training to create personalized, consistent, role specific, behavioral based Objectives... Change the process to change the outcome.
